Faiths Together in Lambeth (FTiL) was established in 2008 with the intention to bring together the different religious communities in the borough. As an organisation from 2012 onwards we have been doing interfaith walks and had a stall at the Lambeth Country Show every year.
Our aim is to go beyond just religious tolerance and draw on the unique approaches of the various religious traditions, highlighting the capacity they all have to develop; patience, loving kindness, compassion and wisdom. Through dialogues, discussions, and shared pilgrimages FTiL is a growing community of people who see the common humanity we all share regardless of our religious beliefs.
