Mission Joy – Faiths Together Screening

Faiths together in Lambeth is hosting a film screening at the cinema museum, showing the film Mission Joy
This event will be hosted by Faiths Together in Lambeth, it will be showing the feature length documentary “Mission: Joy” which is a film that explores the nature of joy through the lens of two renowned spiritual leaders, the Dalai Lama and Archbishop Desmond Tutu, exploring their lives and how they personally find Joy even in the face of adversity. The film captures the beautiful friendship between the two and is a wonderful demonstration of how to engage in meaningful interfaith dialogues.
As well as just a film screening this is a social event to bring together people of different religious traditions in London. The doors will open from 5:30pm and there will be tea & coffee available. The film will start playing at 6:30pm, we will have a special guest who helped work on the film who will share an brief introduction to the film and the impact it has.
The event will be a great opportunity to meet others from different faiths and enjoy the film as a community! Please share it with anyone you might think interested and hopefully see you there!
